Using the Service
You agree to use vibehtml for lawful purposes and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish.
Plans and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Usage limits and feature access vary by plan. The Free plan is non-commercial and includes required attribution. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
Free Plan Restrictions
Free plan exports are for personal use only. You must keep the "Designed by vibehtml.com" footer link on Free plan outputs. Client work, resale, white-labeling, or redistribution requires a paid plan and/or written permission.
Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your inputs and generated outputs, subject to plan-specific usage limits. vibehtml owns the platform, software, and branding. You may not resell or redistribute the service without permission.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, or generate prohibited content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that generated HTML will meet every regulatory or compliance requirement for your industry.
